We invite you to submit original abstracts in relation to the following broad topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food authenticity and traceability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food safety and quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New alternative food sources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nanomaterials and nanotechnology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foodomics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food databases and semantics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutrition &amp; Health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk assessment &amp; risk management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metrology in food<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality and sources of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online registration and abstract submission are now open at <strong>www.isofood2023.si<\/strong>, where you can find all the necessary information.
